Actually, Doug, I just looked this up and it looks like it's your normal 560, KBLU, that was carrying the Matadors game. That would be Arizona Western college, and KBLU is their flagship station. Don't know where the "3x7" area code number fits in, though. There are no area codes starting with 3 and ending with 7 that are anywhere close to Arizona.

I was just scanning and heard a basketball game on the Matadors network,
whoever they are. It was fading badly, and I heard an area code of 3x7.
Usually I hear Yuma Az on 560. Any ideass?
