Re: [IRCA] OT: suggestions on recording devices

Some of you know that I use old boat anchors to DX, the newest radio I use
is probably an R-390A from 1960 so my question is: does anyone have any
ideas of what I could use for a recorder, something which would interface
with a computer so I could post them online or at least share them online
with other people? About all these radios have for audio output is speaker
and head phones out.

If you have a normal computer near the R-390A, you can connect an audio input to the Line In on the computer. You could use a recording program like Total Recorder which will create the MP3 or several other types of files.

I've used Total Recorder for years at a number of different locations and it's always been fine.
