[IRCA] True oldies mystery station on 850

Heard a station with a True Oldies format on 850 tonight.
They played the song "Silhouttes" by the Rays and also a discussion about the Marcels who sang Blue Moon

I checked all the available oldies web feeds on 850 at the time  and found no sign of it
The station's signal was right over WEEI in Boaton during a fade for a short time 

Not sure which station this could be , of course no ID's during the programming 

Any help would be appreciated on this one
