[IRCA] Early TA's - From Victoria -

Am testing out a new antenna to try and beat the huge QRN issue -
So far successful -

Early signs indicate a wispy carrier on 1215 --
nothing noted on 1575 as of yet --

Receiver being used: Eton E1 with a balcony mounted
2 meter long whip (a 40 meter Workman mobile antenna actually)
