[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 01/03/13

I listened for TP signals at 1300-1355 GMT.  There was no 
sign of a signal on the lower end of the band. There were 
brief bits of barely audible signals on 1566 and 1593 kHz.

Receiver: PL-310 with 7-inch FSL antenna.
