[IRCA] ULR DX....Weird UNID @ Sunset tonight on 730 Khz........Middle Eastern???

Hi Guys:

  I had something on 730 Khz tonight at Sunset that has me somewhat Baffled.........If anyone can add any info to this I'd appreciate hearing from you!!

730  UNID  Arabic or Middle Eastern Station??   Dec/22/12  1634-1645 EST    FAIR Lang??
String/Percussion Music and Vocals in Middle Eastern lang??? @ 1634-37 EST. At first I thought
it was in Arabic.....but the more I listened I'm not so sure it was!! Possibly Turkish/Iranian or
something similar??? Male Spoke in Language @ 1637-40. More String Music and Vocals in
Language by Male Singer @ 1640-45 EST. 

This seemed to be oriented to the SE/NW??? of me here in London, Ontario on the T615 
Ultralight.

I have checked all resources I have as well as the Internet and can't come up with anything 
Fitting this Format???  Anybody have any ideas??? I'm scratchin' my head on this one!!
