[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 12-19-12

Listened from 1345-1425 utc and at first it was very poor with only a very weak carrier on 1566.  But at 1415 utc got two with audio on the top part of the band with no carriers on the bottom part of the band.
 
1566  HLAZ hrd at 1419 utc with talk.
1593  CNR1 hrd at 1420 utc very poor and just above the noise level.
