[IRCA] Alberta TAs

   Conditions seem much like last night.  At this point, not quite as 
good, but things are fluctuating.  1215 is the only one with audio, but 
1377 and 1422 are "almost there".  Hope the signals make that next jump 
over the Rockies tonight.
