Much better morning than last year on this date. (listed on bottom of page) Dawn enhancement really helped the upper channels. Lower channels were down this morning. HLAZ 1566 with fair signal at 1600 utc. Many hets on the upper channels. Open carrier on 828 around 1540 utc. JOBB signed off? 

153    RUSSIA, Komosomolsk, Radio Rossii 1415-1417 weak signal with man in Russian. A lot of noise, HPAW. 12/05/2012


774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1420 poor signal with woman in Japanese and moderate splatter.. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012

1287  JAPAN,  Yokohama, JORF RF Radio Nippon 1523-1524  weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012

1422  JAPAN, Yokohama, JORF RF Radio Nippon 1521-1522  very weak signal with woman singing.  Moderate splatter. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012


1476  CHINA? 1536-1538 weak with music and moderate splatter. Talk at 1538. Heard in October and September. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012

1503   JAPAN, Akita, JOUK NHK1 1530-1531 weak signal with man in Japanese. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012


1557 TAIWAN, Kouhu, CBS-RTI-VoTaiwan, Family Radio 1558 weak signal with music. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1418 weak signal with woman singing in Chinese. Good at 1412 with woman singing. Still around with good signal at 1558. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012


1575 THAILAND, Ban Phachi, VOA 1513 fair signal with man in Asian language. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012

1593 CHINA, Changzhou CNR1 1517 weak air signal with woman in Chinese. W-SW ewe. 12/05/2012
