[IRCA] 710 KFIA California heard in Michigan just now

Heard at 0400 UTC with an ad for Pacific Bible College, ID by a local
pastor, and into SRN News.  Either on day pattern or exceptional
conditions tonight.  New log!  Multiple Rebelde's also heard and usuals
KXMR with ESPN Sports and occasional KGNC mixing in.
