[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 12/04/12
TP DX was very poor here in northern Oklahoma at daybreak today.
I only heard a trace of a signal on 1593 kHz at 1316-1324 GMT.
Receiver: PL-310 with 7-inch FSL antenna.
