i logged WBNW several years ago.. and they REFUSED to confirm my reception
or give me a QSL Card/letter.

They were afraid if it was found out their signal was being heard where it
shouldn't be, they'd get in trouble. .regardless of it was just a fluke of
nature and not technical non compliance.
