[IRCA] TP for 26 Nov 2012; Victoria version

Definitely a bit of a sunrise lift this morning, but only for the top of the
band, and there wasn't much anywhere on the band but carriers before 1500UT;
occasional bits of audio from 1566 maybe.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1557 unID, likely Taiwan. Bursts of vocal pop mx at 1509UT, by 1514UT it was at
a lower level, with woman in CC inflected talk.
1566 HLAZ man talking CC 1508UT
1593 CNR-1, woman and man talking CC //6125, many times at this level after
1500UT. Most consistent signal this morning.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

1575 likely VoA, woman in SE Asian language 1515UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

1503 likely JOUK? woman talking 1507UT and at a couple of other times, no //
available on lower part of the band.

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1359 1395 1422 1494 1512

best wishes,

Nick
