[IRCA] A Few Logs from the Delaware Coast

Took a bit of an outing in the Ocean City MD/Rehoboth Beach DE area
today with the PL310 and a few observations:

Logged 1530 WOBX Wanchese NC at 1600 with Southern Gospel music, a
quickie call ID at 1600 and into USA Radio News.

Ocean City MD has a emergency HAR station on 1670, WQKF629 with a loop
explaining the purpose of the station.  Heard as far north as Rehoboth
Beach DE.  It would have been interesting listening during Hurricane
Sandy.  It was mixing with another HAR station up the Jersey coast, I
think in Stone Harbor.

Also heard WPPJ882 from Ocean City MD on 1610 with the usual
computerized HAR traffic info.
