[IRCA] TP Nov 11, 2012 / Victoria version

The downward slide continues; lots of splash again this morning. Things were strongest when I got up before 1400UT, and gradually got weaker. But one needs to stick around for sunrise...just in case. Also, both 972 and 1287 have shown weak audio around 1645UT this morning, so there are late possibilities as well.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

774 JOUB EE lessons 1413UT

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB man in JJ followed by light instrumental mx at 1506UT, better strength than earlier when most others were stronger.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man in JJ at 1415UT
747 JOIB //774 at 1413UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1412UT
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1414UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

702 JOKD/JOFB man and woman talking //774 at 1418UT
891 JOHK man and woman in JJ //594 1416UT
1503 JOUK man talking 1501 seemed //594
1566 HLAZ? woman talking, too weak for language ID 1417UT
1593 CNR1? CC sounding talk by man 1459UT, pips on hour pretty mashed by splatter, but last one heard was higher pitched.

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

567 873 1179 1188 1242 1332 1386 1422

best wishes,

Nick
