[IRCA] TP for 3Nov2012 from Victoria: dawn enhancement

Well actually still pre-dawn enhancement.  Got to the dials around 14:00
and not a lot to hear, but things have picked up after I reviewed the
overnight emails, so by 14:25 Japan was in well with 747, and 828 both well
heard.  Interesting that the usually strong 774 was not doing well.  Also
738 (Taiwan) was also quite good.  Earlier Tokyo on 594 was also quite
good.  Didn't see anything at the upper end of the band.  SF very low at
97, A 5, K 0.  73, and welcome home to Nick from a very successful PEI
DXpedition!   73,....Walt
