[IRCA] watch the TA's gather strength for their assault on Howe Bay

I'm running a local version of the "DX Fishbarrel" program here at Howe Bay,
PEI, and have modified it to upload a snapshot to the web every two minutes of
the signal strengths of all 9kHz channels from 153 to 1701 kHz. So, if you
want to see what the TAs look like at Howe Bay, go to
http://www3.telus.net/public/shallpat/PEI/display.htm

For the next few hours, you won't see much, or a page telling you it is offline,
as we do housekeeping here, backing up files, fixing antenna cable etc., but
hopefully from about 1800UT onwards, you'll see the band come alive, touch wood.
After that, it's very dull...a screen full of red bars telling you that the
meter is being pinned on most channels.

best wishes,

Nick
