[IRCA] Victoria TP's for 10-25 - Nihilist edition

While Gary observed the following at 1305 -
by 1405, there was a single detectable het on 738.
I did something I do not normally do and that is put the Eton
E1 in Sideband mode to actually detect something -
and I could not find anything on the 9khz plan anywhere

Domestics and regionals were a little perkier with CJDC front
and center on 890 with a loud and crisp ID, and a
Korean station on 900 - have yet to figure out who that is...
(looking for Hawaii...) and a jumble of stations on 940 (looking
for Hawaii...)
