[IRCA] TP Oct 22, 2012 / Victoria version

This morning started poorly with a mildly readable signal from HLAZ 
at around 1320UT, and moved on to abysmal as sunrise 
approached.   Indices?  Everything is a go.   Dst isn't really high, 
but shouldn't have to be at this time of year.

To top it off, my local noise maker kicked in early today.
