[IRCA] TP for 17 Oct 2012 from Victoria: poor

Listened between 13:50 and 14:20.  Overall not very exciting at all.
 Seemed mainly Asiatic with the first tier stations at poor to fair level
only.  Not worth the effort this morning!  SF 137, A 5, K 1.   73,....Walt
