[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-3

Hello All,

The band had pretty much recovered this morning from its recent solar-related slowdown, although vibrant TP audio was limited to several big gun Japanese and Korean stations on 594, 747, 972 and 1053. In general the restored propagation seemed to favor the Japanese, with most of the Korean stations not quite back to their typical levels here. The Chinese stations didn't seem to participate at all in the trend of rejuvenation, and even the Mainland big guns on 639 and 936 struggled to produce any audio. 1575-VOA was back with fair audio, although its signal was up and down all morning, changing from fair to non-existent within a few seconds. In general the Asiatic conditions were pretty lackluster, but at least they seem to be on an upward trend.
