[IRCA] TP for 25Sep2012 from Victoria: solidly Asiatic

Conditions seemed to have picked up somewhat from yesterday with a solid
performance from the first tier Japanese stations, HLCA 972 and HLAZ 1566
from Korea, and to a lesser extent some of the Chinese stations.  Not a
peep from DU today.  1575 VOA also heard quite well at times.  Another
observation today, and in the past few weeks has been the absence of any
lingering TP signals after dawn, compared to years past.  Once dawn hits,
everything just dies.  SF 137 A2 K1 this morning.  73,   Walt
