Well. its audio sounds about the same as the other Chinese stations on my $50 Tecsun PL-380 Ultralight. The problem with this basic receiver is that using the 1 kHz DSP setting (which is almost always necessary to limit domestic splatter) makes the audio sound much less impressive than that of a Perseus-SDR receiver. Because of the rudimentary filtering, high fidelity audio just isn't possible in such a situation.
