[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 8 Sep 2012

    Not a very inspiring morning, with not DU/TP audio at all today. 
Certainly none of the TP stuff Dennis experienced, as even the carriers 
on the regular TP channels were pretty feeble.   The best I could manage 
were decent DU carriers on 702, 738, and 774.
