[IRCA] NE Oregon Friday TPs

All DU again, and similar to the last two mornings. Strong hets on most 
of the low band channels, only a few above 1116 with 1548 a good het but 
not producing audio, and today some weak X-band hets.
639 very poor DU talk by man 1326 utc
729 very poor/poor DU talk by woman 1319
738 poor/weak DU talk by man 1319
846 occasional very poor piano music 1329
891 weak 5AN talk, phone call-ins 1322; 1330 "ABC on line", "ABC news", 
into news by woman announcer, weak to fadeout around 1335.
1098 huge het lately.
