[IRCA] NE Oregon Friday TPs

Maybe I should be checking MW earlier now, when I'm also checking for LF 
beacons. I happened to check earlier and got 891 Australia with female 
talk and C&W music. Used to presume this was 5AN but if 4TAB isn't 
horseracing any longer according to Dennis, then can't presume that. 
Poor level at 1231 utc.
774 very poor DU talk 1236.
1725 GA PNG beacon weak 1233.
LWBC Rossii 189 not heard today; 153,180,234,279 poor/weak 1200 utc.
