The NOAA forecast that I'm hearing on 1660 is from Eugene/Springfield.  At 3:22 AM PDT the two Spanish
stations on 1660 are on top of the channel.  No sign of the TIS station.  Current temperature here is
67 degrees or 19.8 Celsius.
