Things appeared to peak between 1210 and 1220UT this morning, but
even so it was mostly weaker carriers becoming stronger. "Best"
audio award went to 738, FF inflected talk at 1147UT returned around
1218UT, but never readable. Only other audio was hints on 1575 of
male talk at 1212UT; 1503 never quite made it.
