[IRCA] TP's & DU 'a for Friday July 20, 2012

Listened from 1156-1259 utc.  Thunderstorm when through late last night and static still could
be heard this morning.  Tahiti seems to be a regular here most mornings.  Very weak signal on 
1575 kHz 10 minutes after sunrise.  Audio sounded like Asian?

738      TAHITI, 1157 very weak with bits of audio and heavy splatter. Fair at 1226 with
                      man in French.  Steady weak signal at 1237.

1098     Level 4 het 1208
1386     Level 4 het 1209
1503     AUSTRALIA? 1242 poor signal with audio.  
1575     THAILAND? VOA 1251 very weak signal.  Woman in Asian language?
1656     Level 4 carrier 1246
