DU conditions down from yesterday.  Only Tahiti with audio this morning.
Radio Rossii in with audio on 180 & 279.

180      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1157 fair with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1159 poor.
738      TAHITI, 1215 weak at times with woman in French.  Fair at 1221
             with woman in French.  Matched RFO live-feed.
1161    Just a level 3 het at 1217.
1503    DU? het seemed close to audio at1231.
1701    DU? decent level , but Mexican station XEKTT is very strong on 1700.
