[IRCA] WFNY heard in Alexandria, VA

Right from the beginning of the test at 0500 utc, over/under WHKZ with oldies, CW IDs at 1kHz and 1.8kHz tone, phone #, mentions of NRC and places being heard -- including a couple of 'requests' from Ron Musco!

Also ID on WJJL at 0500 utc.

Does anyone know where to write/email for QSL?
