Japanese and one Republic of Korea station this morning.   A lot of splatter this morning
receiving stations JOAB & JOUB.  .

594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1308-1312 good signal with woman/man in Japanese.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK 2 1314 good signal along with a lot of splatter. 
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1316 good signal and good splatter too.  Man in Japanese.
            Asian speaking station heard underneath JOUB's signal. 
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1318 mostly weak signal with man in Japanese. 
1503    JAPAN. JOUK NHK 1 1322-1325 weak signal with man in Japanese.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1320 good signal at times with man in Japanese.
