209      ALASKA, Yakataga 1220-1224 CYT beacon poor with weather forecast.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1225 fair signal with music and woman in Russian.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1227 fair signal with man in Japanese.  
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1230-1234 weak signal at times with music.
