I do have a PL-380 and on the three locals, I get :

840-KSWB-1KW-8.9 Mi- 63/25
1230-KVAS-1KW-7.0 Mi-61/25
1370-KAST-1KW-5.7Mi-63/25

Even though KSWB is the most distant, being a lower frequency, they are
the strongest in signal and splatter. 

I comparason, the strongest Portland stations: (70-90 Mi)

620-KPOJ-25KW-41/25
750-KXL-50 KW-42/25
860-KPAM-50 KW-43/25
