IDing as Radio Punjab at 10:00 AM local.  After "This is 1110 KRPA, Oak
Harbor".  Same English ID inserted after the news (which sounded like
mostly Indian news), and again under some Indian music.  I listened for any
signs of local ads which would cinch the target audience, but there hasn't
been any so far.  Seems more like an internet feed only.  The English ID is
