[IRCA] Daylight Saving Time in Mexico.
Daylight Saving Time does not officially begin in México until 0200 local time on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
However, ten cities bordering the United States will be permitted to change at 0200 local time, March 11, 2012.
The exceptions are are:
Ciudad Acuña, Coahuila.
Anahuac, Nuevo León.
Juarez, Chihuahua.
Matamoros, Tamaulipus.
Mexicali, Baja California.
Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipus.
Ojinaga, Chihuahua.
Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
Reynosa, Tamaulipus.
Tijuana, Baja California.
The difference will be most obvious in the playing of the "himno nacional" by Mexican radio stations.
