I believe that's correct. I also logged KFQD from Syracuse back when they were on 730 before moving to 750. Back then one could actually expect to hear MT and ND from the EC as well. I remember the KYMN-1520-OR DX test which I also heard in Syracuse. And KFBK made it a few times.

Yes, 950 ID was KDSH, but that was before I was DXing. There
were a
bunch of freq changes back in the 60s & 70s, when some
of the old
stations moved to clear channels and boosted to 50KW. Wasn't
KTWO on
1410? Without checking, I seem to have them QSL'd on a
regional.
