I get that kind of fluttery effect here in northern New Mexico on KKOB in
the mornings when they switch the Albuquerque transmitter back to ND day
pattern, but the low power fill-in transmitter in Santa Fe doesn't get
switched off. This happens quite often, and sometimes lasts for several
hours before it gets fixed.
