Everyone:

My error for using the former call.  It is, of course, XEWGR 780. At least that's what the last edition of "Infraestructura de Estaciones de Radio AM" shows. Last 
night they were apparently using their nighttime power. Occasionally the station runs their daytime power of 10 kW at night.

However, the ID announced at 0609 UTC was that for their FM outlet XHWGR 101.1.

Sorry for the mistake.
