[IRCA] TP's for Thursday 03/01/12

NHK 2 stations on 774 & 828 both had good signals for a short period.
Radio Rossii on 153 was the only long wave station heard. 

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1421 good signal with man in Russian.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1432 good signal with English Conversation
           program.  
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1433 good signal with above program.
936     UNKNOWN 1445 poor signal with Asian language, soon faded out.
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1438 weak signal with splatter.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1436 fair signal with man in Asian language.
