Yee-haw!

Definite code ID at 04:21:50

" ... RPI VV DE KRP ..."

This one goes in the books!

0421:00 EST Finally, in a quiet Oscars-free house, I'm reviewing 1550
Perseus recordings from Sunday morning. Weak Morse code now emerges through
WDLR overkill for about twenty or thirty seconds. "V" character is heard
five times at 0421. The "V" is heard a few more times around 0421:40. Then some bits and pieces after that. I'm going to have to work to extract other
code groups, but this is very good news.

If I can pull something out of this it will be Washington #2.

My only state missing from the Lower 48 is Oregon.
