[IRCA] WHP 580 DX Test Heard in Madison WI

The third time's the charm! At 0105 ELT after failing to hear it at 0005  
and 0033, I picked up a weak code set from WHP 580 kHz Harrisburg, PA.  
Judging by its lack of strength I have strong suspicions that it was on  night 
pattern-- it should have blasted in here (distance 670 miles) on this  low 
frequency if using 5 kw ND. I was just lucky enough to catch code cutting  
through the regular programming of other stations.
