[IRCA] DX Tip for WDXR (KRPI test)
1550 KRPI WA, Ferndale, very good signal a lot of the time as
expected with lots of morse code in varying pitches, Inst Blue Grass
Music, and short periods of Punjabi music at times. The voice IDs were
QRMed by KKOV. Heard from 0400-0430.30 EDT 2/26. (PM-OR)
