[IRCA] KRPI TEST

I'm going to have to call this a no-show. My recording had what might have been about 3 characters of code at about 0405 and it didn't sound like what has been reported. The speed and tone were about right, but WDLR was just too much. No matter how I filter it, it's still too far down to be certain that it was code, and if so that it was KRPI.

It would've been nice if somehow WDLR had actually used their night facilities for once - they totally dominated the channel.
