[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 2-18

Hello All,

While doing some bedside testing of the 5" FSL antenna with a PL-380
around 1100 UTC (not exactly the recommended DXing orientation, or
DXing time), fair audio was received from 4 Asiatic TP's. None of them
was very exotic, but it was kind of a surprise to receive any TP's at
all during the session. Except for the Jammer, 1566-HLAZ was the best
of the bunch (but still pretty anemic).

774-JOUB Akita, Japan Poor-fair Japanese coversation at 1107 in
                     770-Seattle splatter
972-HLCA Dangjin, S. Korea Poor-fair Korean YL speech at 1104; bad
                     domestic splatter
1053- Korean Jammer Good signal, but "programming" on the same level
                    as 657-Pyongyang
1566-HLAZ Jeju, S. Korea Fair Korean religious program prior to
                    1100; Mandarin Chinese program afterwards
