At 1630 to 1730 PST Skip is happening from bottom to top on the band: 540 Sask is in with an S-2 to 4. and has a Bible program under from Redding Ca.on KVIP; 660 KAPS Mt.Vernon Wa. was on with carrier only, letting CFFR Calgary through with audible audio.KAPS has returned with Program.Earlier KBRC was also carrier only: 820 has an unID under KGNW with talk ( KUTR Taylorville Utah?)
1500 has a male voice in Chinese on KSJX San Jose Ca; 1220 has an S-8 signal from KDOW Paolo Alto Ca.with Biz talk; 1120 has female voice singing Oriental song on KZSJ St. Martin Ca.(No sign of Eugene Or at 1730)
