[IRCA] 1040 tone

Could it be the het from the Cleveland station? They have been running
several 100 Hz off for at least 2 years now...in fact, the het is so
reliable that I chk it as an indicator of propagation direction, for I
always have groundwave from the NY station for that Cleveland station to
beat against!
