[IRCA] NE Oregon Tuesday TPs

All low band today, only a poor het on 1575 on upper. Heavy static the
whole time, even extending past 1800 kHz--unusual. Not sure where that was
from, maybe Calif. coastal storms. Lots of fading on everything, a few
seconds then it would fade out. Only thing certain was DU on 891 and 1116,
everything else was  just bits of mumbly audio, presumed Asian but couldn't
tell for sure.
Traces of audio: 531, 567, 639, 693, 747, 774 between 1430-1500 utc.
594 occasional poor Asian 1451
891 DU occasional poor 1432
1116 DU occasional very poor/poor 1426
(Monday had nothing with audio, very poor conditions.)
