[IRCA] TPs for 6Feb2012 from Victoria: mid-band alive

Listened for just a few minutes around 15:25 UTC and noticed that the
mid-band was quite perky:  774, 747, and 972 were present with pretty
decent audio, while 1566, 1575, and 1593 were only very weakly heard,
