[IRCA] Alberta (South) TPs for Jan 16th

  Not much happening this morning for TPs here either.    A few words 
audible on 1575 from Thailand, but otherwise just carriers, and even 
those were uninspiring.
Certainly no KINY here (though I did note them a couple of times earlier 
in the season).    CHAB was dominant here as usual, and the weak station 
underneath turned out to  be KBRV from Idaho.

Don, I'm sure I still have my recordings for the 10th and 11th, so will 
check them, though I'd be very surprised to hear any evidence of Whitehorse.
